To function as a fitness and nutrition tracker, IronPath collects and stores data you voluntarily input, including:
- Workout History: Exercises performed, weight lifted, sets, reps, and duration.
- Nutrition Data: Meals logged, calorie counts, and macronutrient information.
- Body Metrics: Weight, height, and other physical metrics you choose to track.
C. Device and Usage Data

- Authentication: To manage user sign-ins securely.

- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.

6. Security of Your Data
The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to transmit data between your device and our servers (Firebase). However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

IronPath is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
